Punjabi Kadhi Pakora: Kadhi is a yogurt-based dish that is spiced and seasoned with besan (gram flour). When eaten with rice, the curry is transformed into a filling and tasty dish by the addition of pakoras (gram flour fritters).

Punjabi Lassi: A cool yogurt-based beverage known as lassi. It is frequently served in large glasses in Punjab and flavored with rose water, saffron, or cardamom. Some well-liked varieties include mango, sweet, and salty lassis.
